Do you have bulk pricing?
Yes in the editor we have bulk discounts up to 50 pieces. If you need more please get in touch for even better prices.
How long does it take for the product to arrive?
Normally it takes only 2-3 days until your product is printed.
Can I return a garment if the size does not fit?
Because we print the product especially for you we can not resell it afterwards. So we can not refund or take back your order.
How much does a print cost?
Once you selected a product in the catalog and entered the design editor, you will see the cost of the product in the upper right corner.
What if I am not sure about the quality of my printfiles?
You can always get in touch with us and we will help you with that
What if a product is damaged upon arrival or has a manufacturing fault in it?
In that case you can send us a picture and we will send you another product
Do you print accurate pantone colors?
We print in a 9 color digital printing setup to get as close as possible. If you need accurate logo colors you can get in touch with us and tell us the color specification.
How fast can you print a big order for an event?
We have a big warehouse to deliver as fast as possible. If your quantity exceeds our stock we have to order it from the manufacturer which takes around 1-2 weeks. We propose you get in touch as early as possible for event orders.
