Are there any fix costs like a subscription?
No. Creating and running a store on our website is completely free.
Are there any hidden follow up costs?
No. The only time we earn money is when a product is sold.
Are there coupon codes that can be created for my customers?
In the backend you can create unlimited coupon codes for your customers.
What does a product cost me?
Once you selected a product in the catalog and entered the design editor, you will see the cost of the product in the upper right corner before you add it to your store.
What about shipping costs?
Shipping will be paid by the customer on a weight based calculation.
How do I get paid as a reseller?
For every product added to your store you enter a profit margin. After every successful sale the profit margin gets added to your account. You can request a payout of your existing balance at any time.
What happens if a customer has ordered the wrong size or wants to return the product?
Because every product is printed especially for the order and the reseller, we can not take back printed products. If a customer wants to return a product he has to contact the reseller. In many cases resellers can easily take back proudcts and sell them again to their community.
I want to sell the products in my own store without people knowing where we print it. Can we still use your service?
Yes you can create a store for your brand and set it to "non public". This way you can always order your products when needed.
I want to test the products before creating a store and offering it to my community. Is this possible?
We can send you samples of our products for review. Eigther to test sizes or we can also send you a print sample.
